How do I decide between a standard mirror and a mirror cabinet for my bathroom?

If you want hidden storage for toiletries, a cabinet is best, Artis cabinets come as single, double or triple‑door options and deeper profiles (often 120–160mm) with internal shelving. A standard mirror is slim and suits small cloakrooms or when you already have storage elsewhere. A 600 x 700mm cabinet with shelving and a shaving socket gives you useful storage above a 600mm vanity, whereas a 600 x 800mm backlit mirror keeps the wall looking clean and unobstructed.

What size mirror should I pick to go above my basin or vanity unit?

Match the mirror width to your basin or vanity width where possible; common Artis widths include 500mm, 600mm, 800mm and 1200mm, with typical heights around 700mm. If you have a 600mm vanity, a 600 x 700mm mirror or cabinet usually looks balanced and gives enough vertical glass for grooming.
