Sanctura Bath Panels

Side panels run the long edge of the bath and are sold in lengths such as 1500mm, 1700mm, 1800mm and 1900mm, whereas end panels cover the short width and are available in sizes like 700mm, 750mm, 800mm and 900mm. If you need to hide the long exposed side of a built-in bath choose a side panel; if you only need to cover the narrow end where the taps or waste sit, choose an end panel. a 1700mm bath will normally use a 1700mm side panel and a 700–900mm end panel at the short side.

A J-shaped side panel has a recessed profile that follows the bath's outer lip, giving a neat finish where the rim overhangs the panel; the Sanctura White Gloss J-shaped option is included in our range at 1700mm and made from 5mm acrylic. Choose a J-shaped panel when your bath has an overhanging rim or a flush lip detail so the panel slots under the bath edge for a tidy, continuous look. It's a good choice if you want a seamless, modern appearance without gaps at the top.

The White Gloss panels are 5mm acrylic, offering a bright, reflective finish that's easy to wipe clean and suits contemporary schemes; examples in the range include 1700mm and 1800mm side panels and 750mm and 800mm end panels. The Beauforte range is offered in matching side and end sizes (1500 x 560mm and 700 x 560mm), giving you an alternative style option if you prefer a different texture or decorative profile. If you want a crisp, modern look pick White Gloss; if you're aiming for a warmer or more characterful finish, Beauforte may suit better.

Many Sanctura panels use common bath lengths and a typical panel height around 560mm, as shown by the Beauforte options (1900 x 560mm and 1500 x 560mm) while white gloss products in our range give lengths and a 5mm acrylic thickness. Because panels are offered in a wide range of lengths from 700mm up to 1900mm, you're likely to find a match for standard UK bath sizes. Measure the exposed edge you need to cover and match it to the nearest panel length to ensure a good fit.

These panels are made to resist moisture and wear, and the acrylic white gloss in particular cleans up easily with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that can dull the finish; instead use a non-abrasive bathroom cleaner for stains and wipe dry to prevent water marks. Regular gentle cleaning will maintain the shine and the protective surface.
