Most plates here are designed to complement Ideal Standard toilet systems, so if you have an Ideal Standard concealed cistern you'll often find a corresponding plate in the Oleas, Solea or Symfo ranges. Look for the same system family name (Altes, Symfo or Oleas) when selecting a plate; that alignment gives the best fit and button alignment.
