1. - Do you have a showroom?

We can offer the lowest prices because we are an internet only business, we don't have any showrooms or retail outlets.

2. - Can I collect my order?

Yes, you are more than welcome to come and collect your order from our warehouse in Evesham*. You will need to confirm with our sales team that you want to collect your order before you complete the purchase. You will also need a form of ID and a copy of the confirmation email for the order you are collecting when you arrive to collect.

The warehouse is open from 8am – 2pm, Monday – Friday. The address to collect from is below:

3. - What is the standard delivery time?

Delivery time can vary depending on what you have ordered and where you live. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes due to either stock levels or other unforeseen reasons this can be delayed.  We do show up to date stock information for each product on our website. Once you have placed an order you will be kept fully updated on the progress of your order and will be provided with a tracking link which will allow you to see the most up to date information about where your order is.

Large Item Pallet Delivery Costs Are From £29.97

The exact charge depends on the size of pallet required (Single or Double) and the distance from our distribution warehouse in Evesham Worcestershire.

6. - Do you have a telephone number I can call you on?

7. - How do I return an item?

8. - Do you offer any coupons or vouchers?

10. - What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?

If you have ordered the wrong item or an item that doesn't fit it is down to you to return the item to us. However, we would draw your attention to the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) that require you as the consumer to have honoured your duty of care for the products within the cancellation period. 11. - Can you send me a brochure?

Because our range of products and prices is constantly being updated, it proved impractical to offer a printed brochure as it would be out of date as soon as it is printed. You can see our up to date product range on our website, each of our products has a photograph and description on the website.


12. - How do I cancel an order?

You will need to e-mail us on [email protected]. You will need to include the order number and your full name and address in the email. You will receive a cancellation number to confirm that your order has been cancelled. If you do not have a cancellation number then the order has not been cancelled.

13. - Where can I find dimensions for a product?

Where applicable we aim to show dimensions for all products we offer. If dimensions are available for a product they will be found under the 'Technical' tab on the specific product page.
