1. Do you have a showroom?

We can offer the lowest prices because we are an internet-only business, we don't have any showrooms or retail outlets.

We do offer next-day delivery and a hassle-free returns process, so why not take the plunge and join the one million plus customers who have bought online with us since 1999.


2. Can I collect my order?

We operate a very busy warehousing site with high levels of vehicle traffic, both delivery vehicles and forklift trucks.

For Health and Safety Reasons it is not possible for members of the public to come onto the site to collect orders in person.


3. What is the standard delivery time?

Delivery time can vary depending on your order and where you live. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes due to either stock levels or other unforeseen reasons, this can be delayed. We do show up-to-date stock information for each product on our website. Once you have placed an order you will be kept fully updated on the progress of your order and will be provided with a tracking link that will allow you to see the most up-to-date information about where your order is.

5. How much is delivery?

FREE Standard Delivery for parcels to England, Wales and Scotland

FREE Standard Delivery for bulky items in Zone 1

The exact charge depends on the size of the delivery and the distance from our distribution warehouse in Evesham Worcestershire.

7. How do I return an item?

8. Do you offer any coupons or vouchers?

We do occasionally have a promotion that involves a coupon or voucher. You will see our promotions advertised throughout the site - just tap on the relevant banners where you will find details of any current vouchers that are available. There is a specific field on our checkout to enter the details for any coupons or vouchers we offer. We do have regular Deals of the Week and Clearance offers too - just tap the Offers section of the website navigation.

 

9. Where is my order?

10. What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?

If you have ordered the wrong item or an item that doesn't fit you can return the item to us.

11. Can you send me a brochure?

Because our range of products and prices is constantly being updated, it proved impractical to offer a printed brochure as it would be out of date as soon as it is printed. You can see our up-to-date product range on our website, each of our products has a photograph and description on the website.

 

12. What paperwork do you include with the delivery?

We don’t include invoices with the delivery. Your invoice will be emailed to you.

 

13. How do I cancel an order?

You will need to e-mail us at [email protected]. You will need to include the order number and your full name and address in the email. You will receive a cancellation number to confirm that your order has been cancelled. If you do not have a cancellation number then the order has not been cancelled.

  

14. Where can I find dimensions for a product?

Where applicable we aim to show the dimensions for all products we offer. If dimensions are available for a product they will be found under the 'Technical' tab on the specific product page.

 

15. What is the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulation (WEEE)?

The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of electrical items.

Many items can be reused or recycled so we ensure that all customers buying electrical items have the opportunity to recycle their old ones free of charge, assisting you and of course the environment.

19. Do you offer Blue Light discount to employees of the NHS?

Yes, we do participate in the blue light promotion but pumps and macerators are excluded. To obtain a discount please generate a code from the Blue Light Discount website.
