The Monsoon Standard 1.5 bar twin impeller shower pump is manufactured using the very latest techniques. This product can help to improve your hot and cold water supplies to your bath, shower, or tap.

EPDM/PTFE/Aluminium Oxide Seals
PTFE and Aluminium Oxide seal materials provide the most reliable sealing solution available, reducing risk of pump leakage and resulting water damage to the home while the use of PTFE (Teflon) also reduces the chances of the seal sticking when a pump is not used for periods of time.
Continuously Rated Motor
Continuously rated shower pumps effectively run until the user turns it off. This is particularly good in a family home where the shower needs to be used frequently throughout the morning or evening. A pump that isn’t continuously rated will turn itself off to allow the pump to cool, potentially causing issues with water pressure to the shower.

We needed at quiet pump as it is located in the airing cupboard in a bedroom. Fitted mounted on a paving slap and anti-vibration mount, it is virtually inaudible. You need to open the door to hear it running. A brilliant bit of engineering and made in England!

Ordered the pump on a Tuesday and delivered on a Friday. Works well and much quieter than the Salamander pump we had before and it will hopefully last longer than the Salamander. It has a 5yr warranty so it should do.

This was to replace a 20 year old twin impeller 1.5 bar pump. I found the performance not sufficient ( inadequate water pressure at the shower head ) Spoke to Stuart Turner and Plumbworld and returned this pump and purchased a similar 3 bar ST pump. Slightly more money but significantly more performance! This one passed the wife test.
