If you change your mind about the product when you receive it you can notify us any time within 365 days and return it for a full refund at your own cost. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving your returned item. You are expected to cover the cost to return the item and your initial delivery charge will not be refunded.
I spent an age trying to find a screen that suited my most discerning needs and I found it via plumb world. This is one hell of a beaut. It came extremely well packaged with corner protectors. I received lots of correspondence from plumb world, often advising on my options for refunds should I be unhappy etc. they are truly customer focused. I would strongly advise anyone to use them as Im sure they would sort out any issue you may have along the way. Well done and an excellent product to boot. The whole family is loving their showers. I'm really delighted with this purchace. The onsite description is spot on. It's attractive, functional and excellent value for money. I bought it to replace a similar product which cost more than three times what this screen cost and whilst the old one is much heavier than the new one, both do the job equally well. The service received was first class, delivery was fast, the item was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The screen was easy to fit and adjust.

Very fine product but the instruction manual is unhelpful at crucial points. Recommend you watch the instructions video on installation to accompany the manual. DO NOT attach plastic trim until the very end - it actually gets in the way of the installation if you do.

Good quality product, good brand name at a very reasonable price. Installation instructions were very detailed, save for one small step which gave us a bit of trouble, but overall, the look is good, glass is good quality and fitting was relatively easy.

Bought this after looking around for a stylish but functional screen. Product not only looks good and does what its meant to, its also relatively easy to fit, even for a novice likes me. Is adjustable too so will fit most bath shapes.

Used in conjunction with an L shape shower bath this screen completed the install very nicely. Really like the 2 bolt adjustment on the screen and would certainly stick with this brand with this mounting solution going forward.

Arrived in double quick time. Door is excellent quality with all the instructions and fittings supplied. As a tip I would recommend getting an assistant when fitting the screen to the wall - it makes it so much easier.

well packed looks good when fitted.downfall is that it isn't really wide enough when shower is on full water splashes onto floor. fixings were missing when delivered.
