For runs longer than 35m, a qualified electrician should assess voltage drop and possibly use 16mm² cable.

Outlets
Single Outlet: One shower head that's either fixed or attached to an adjustable riser rail.
Twin Outlet: Two shower heads, one wall or ceiling mounted and one handset, that can be used independently or sometimes simultaneously.
Water Feed
Ceiling Fed: Ceiling fed showers use pipework that comes through your ceiling. They can be used with one or two shower heads.
Rear Wall Fed: Rear wall fed showers use pipework that comes through the wall behind the shower. They can also be used with one or two shower heads and are easier to retrofit.
Supply Type
High Pressure / Combi: These systems use a combination boiler which heats mains pressure water and sends it around your home.
Low Pressure / Gravity Fed: These systems usually use a cold water tank in the loft and a hot water cylinder in an airing cupboard.
