This is a great product for any home if you need a second toilet and you have outdoor plumbing problems, a bit expensive but a great product, and the service was absolutely brilliant.

Really compact and easily plumbed in fitted a couple of these now so much less messing about without the cistern on top and sump box underneath so much quieter as well waste pipe is only 1+1/2 32mm polyweld can be piped into the soil stack using a boss strap

Seems fine at the moment,ideal size for the small area we have,very compact and neat

Excellent service as always from Plumbworld. Competitively priced item and super fast delivery. I purchased this toilet to replace a broken 2008 Sanicompact. The new toilet is far nicer with soft close lid which can easily be removed for cleaning. This has a double flush button and is also far quieter than the previous version. Although the toilet pipework is a much better design than the older model it fitted easily onto the existing plumbing with no problem. Extremely happy with the purchase and with Plumbworld!

Looking for a SANIFLO product for use downstairs I saw this product on their Plumbworld's web-site page. Placing the order late on a Friday evening, Plumbworld where very quick turning the order round keeping me informed all the way with emails and delivery options. Arrived Tuesday morning in the agreed time slot. This product was meant for a my disabled mother-in-law and with one phone call explaining this, Plumbworld sent me an email requesting extra information. Filling in the required information and returning their email, the VAT was refunded within the week. Great company to do business with supporting you all the way. Well done!

I recently ordered 2 Sanicompact toilets, one for myself and the other for my parents. Both as yet not installed( mine getting fitted this week). Can't review the products as yet, but service and delivery from Plumbworld was excellent and prompt. Being a joiner, probably won't be ordering very much in the future, but would highly recommend!

We have refitted a quite small shower room with space at a premium. Had not considered a macerator before. Very impressed with this unit - extremely neat and as the name suggests compact. Unforeseen benefits of low water useage too and absence of a cistern really does save space. The macerating motor is quite loud but brief and conversely no tank to fill. Also excellent service from Plumbworld - the best online price I could find and quick and efficient delivery. Very happy with all aspects of the product and the service - thankyou!

We have just replaced our 15 year old Saniflo compact with this latest model. This is so much better. The cistern has been done away with and replaced by direct fill and there is now a water saving two stage flush. The unit is much more compact and a lot lot quieter. The old one sounded as though it was rocket on take off ! The seat is now a soft close so the lid doesn't bang down if you catch it accidentally . It will also accept a wasbasin connection. A well designed and quality product and highly recommended.

This macerator toilet is an updated version of our previous one which lasted for 8 years without a problem. The new version is very neat and a lot quieter and the lid is newly designed to detach easily for cleaning. There are two flush buttons to save on water. It was delivered to us in factory packaging which was well beyond my expectations since it had to travel overseas. I would highly recommend this toilet and also Plumb world for a first class transaction.

I had a Saniflo installed in the utility room many years when the children were younger, and what a boon it was. In from a muddy field, do the business, boots back on, and out again. Got rid of it when all had left home, but recently thought about installing another. When I saw the Sanicompact, I thought that's the one, but still surprised at how little space it takes up, and how much quieter than the original. 10 out of 10 !!!

It was just what I needed, I have 3 elderly visitors coming for Christmas and the stairs would have been too much of a challenge. My plumber had fitted Saniflo before but not this model, it went into a small space easily and looks so neat. He has sent 2 people round to have a look and they are both going to have one. The delivery was great, well packed and the price was good too. Looks like a winner.

We fitted the unit into a small cupboard which we converted to a downstairs cloakroom. The installation was a dream and only using 32mm waste it meant we were able to squeeze the pipework under some joists to fit into soil stack about 5 mtrs away. The seat was broken on receipt and you replaced this immediately and got your courier to collect the broken one - first class service.

This item was purchased for use in a new full (luxury!) bathroom conversion from an existing bedroom. It looks very neat and so far has been very good! Only one point, the electrician wiring the pump up to the switch thought that the cable on the item was far too short and he had to put in a junction box. Other than that very pleased with my purchase thank you!

Well I thought I was going to have build a small false wall to support a conventional close coupled wc complete with a standard box style saniflo underneath/behind but then along came this item. Simply brilliant as was its price and delivery performance from Plumbworld. Thank You guys.

I have had saniflos before and was looking for one and a toilet but when I acidently fell over this I was blown away it is amazing. Nearly bought it elsewhere and then discovered it here on plumbworld at a better price. Extremely pleased and delivery came when expected excellent

This is an excellent choice for a small space. Better than having a w/c and separate macerator. It is expensive as it its their top of the range but worth every penny. Looks good as there is no cistern so really minimalistic. Fitted easy enough and no issues so far. Happy days

Absolutely brilliant. Fits in very small space and is so efficient, the flush is like on an aeroplane where it sucks and disappears. My plumber didn’t know about this product before and is also impressed and will always use this where a macerator is needed in future.

This is an excellent product ,easy to install and takes up minimum space. The soft close seat and the dual flush are excellent developments. I had a problem with a damaged rubber connector Saniflo through Plumbworld sent a replacement part on net day delivery.

This product is everything we hoped it would be. it certainly is compact so ideal in our small shower room. My husband was bothered that the flush would be noisy but its ok. The plumber is very impressed with it and was amazed at how easy it was to install.
