Designed for Positive Head Systems
This is a positive head pump for a gravity-fed water system. It needs enough natural water flow to activate its automatic switch; once flow exceeds 0.8 litres per minute, the pump starts boosting the supply. It is not designed for a negative head installation, where there may be too little natural flow to start it.
Please note: Have your installer check your system and the position of the cold water cistern before choosing a shower pump.

Pump very quiet. It was a direct replacement for what we had. True they do t have a long shelf life but we got 2.5 years from our last one so for the price we are happy. Customer Service was great. Staff are very informative and were not pushing me to buy the no doubt more expensive but better product. Delivery was included and came next day by DHL with a one hour allotted time. I remain impressed by this. Via my Kitchen renovator Ive already ordered some more items from this company. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending using this company. You wont be dissapointed.
