The Xpelair Simply Silent Humidistat and Timer Extractor Fan provides powerful two-speed ventilation with automatic moisture control. Its high extraction rates make it suitable for bathrooms, utility rooms and kitchens where effective removal of humid or stale air is required.

Automatic humidity control

The integrated humidistat monitors the moisture level in the room and activates the fan when humidity becomes too high. This helps manage condensation without requiring the fan to be switched on manually.

Timer-controlled extraction

The fan can operate with the room’s light switch and continue running for a predetermined period after the light is turned off. This allows it to remove moisture that remains after the room has been used.

Two-speed performance

The required speed is selected during installation. The lower setting extracts 227m³/h at 39.9dB(A), while the higher setting provides 259m³/h at 41.6dB(A), measured at a distance of three metres.

Ghost Air Movement Technology
