The Xpelair Simply Silent Timer Extractor Fan combines quiet two-speed performance with a useful timer overrun. Its compact round fascia and flexible recessed design make it a practical choice for bathrooms and toilets.
Timer-controlled extraction
The fan can operate with the room’s light switch and continue running for a set period after the light is switched off. This helps remove moisture and steam that remain in the air after the room has been used.
Two selectable speeds
The required speed is selected during installation. The lower setting extracts 54m³/h at 22dB(A), while the higher setting delivers 76m³/h at 34dB(A), measured at a distance of three metres.
Flexible recessed installation
The fan can be installed through a wall, window or ceiling, subject to the appropriate installation method and accessories. Its recessed configuration keeps the main body neatly concealed.
Axial fan design
The axial mechanism moves air in the same direction as the rotating shaft. This makes it well suited to extracting air directly outside through a compatible wall, window or short ducting run.
IPX4 and Zone 1 rated
The IPX4 rating provides protection against water splashes from any direction. The fan is suitable for Zone 1 bathroom installation when correctly positioned and fitted in accordance with the applicable electrical requirements.
Always use a qualified electrician to confirm the correct installation location and complete the electrical work.
Improve your bathroom ventilation
Add the Xpelair Simply Silent Timer Extractor Fan to your basket today for quiet operation, effective moisture removal and flexible installation.
It was easy to replace the previous fan with this. It's quiet and effective at removing air. The timer works well.
I'd love it if instructions in general were printed a bit bigger though!
