The Xpelair Simply Silent extractor fan helps remove humidity and unwanted odours from bathrooms, cloakrooms and toilets. Its quiet axial motor, automatic humidity control and timer overrun provide effective everyday ventilation without creating unnecessary noise.

Timer-controlled operation

The fan can operate with the bathroom light and continue running for a set period after the light is switched off. This overrun allows additional time to remove steam and moisture after a shower or bath.

Automatic humidity control

A built-in humidistat detects increased moisture levels and activates the fan when extra ventilation is required. This helps control condensation automatically, even when the light switch has not been used. Xpelair explains that humidistats respond to the moisture level in the air and control the fan as required.
