Pull cord operated
Make sure your bathroom is always clear of excess steam using this pull cord operated extractor fan. It’s easily turned on and off exactly when you need it to ensure your bathroom stays free from excess moisture. The pull cord is normally fitted next to the light switch or pull for total convenience.
Interchangeable Fascia
This package comes supplied with an interchangeable fascia in a square or rounded design, so you can ensure that your extractor fan not only performs to the highest of standard but also looks the part as well.
Recessed Design
Recessed fans can be installed through a wall, window or alternatively the ceiling giving you that extra bit of flexibility.
Axial
Axial type fans cause gas to flow through in an axial direction which is parallel to the shaft where the blades rotate, making the flow axial at exit and entry. Axial fans are designed to create a pressure difference and force which produces a flow through the fan.
IPX5 Rating
This product have a rating of IPX5, meaning it is protected from water jets that are projected by a nozzle (6.3mm) from any angle.
Zone 1 Rated
IP rating stands for 'Ingress Protection rating' and this helps us determine what bathroom electricals can go in particular bathroom zones. An IP (Ingress Protection) number or code is used here in the UK to specify the environmental protection of enclosures around electronic equipment. These ratings are determined by specific tests.
