Boost the Supply That Needs It
If one water supply is letting your shower down, you may not need to pump both. This Stuart Turner Monsoon single impeller pump boosts one supply, whether that’s hot water, cold water, or pre-mixed water from a shower mixer. It can also be used to improve the flow to a suitable tap, depending on your plumbing arrangement.
Unlike twin impeller shower pumps, it does not boost separate hot and cold supplies at the same time. Ask your installer to check where the pump should be fitted to address the pressure problem you’re experiencing.
Designed for Positive Head Systems
This pump is intended for a gravity-fed system with enough natural flow to activate its automatic switch. When flow exceeds 0.8 litres per minute, the pump starts boosting the water supply. It is not suitable for a negative head installation, where there may be insufficient natural flow to start it.
Made for Regular Use
The brass pump body provides a durable foundation, while the continuously rated motor is suited to repeated shower use. Dry-run protection helps safeguard internal components if the water supply is interrupted. Two flexible hoses are included to connect the inlet and outlet, helping reduce vibration transferred to the pipework.

It sounds like you need a positive head shower pump, however we would always recommend you consult a plumber/installer to make sure you get the correct one for your needs.
Had a salamanda which had always been slightly noisier than you'd expect and then it started to play up. Went for this pump and so easy to install and is very quiet. Super quick delivery from Plumbworld and a great pump

On the advice of a friendly plumber when faced with having to replace the third pump from another manufacturer in two years, we got a Stuart Turner type 46497 Shower pump. The plumber fitted the pump with little difficulty and wow what a difference. The pump is powerful, uses 22mm pipe connections and is whisper quiet.
