Now this toilet has been installed we are delighted with our purchase. It was bought to create a downstairs toilet for my disabled husband who only left hospital 6 days ago. The instructions, for my retired builder brother, did prove a little challenging as there are no written instructions, only colour pictures. However we did manage to translate pictures into actions and we have a very good toilet, which is quite quiet and has a quick fill cistern. Overall would definitely recommend.

This is a great bit of kit which I installed myself, and it was relatively straightforward. However, there seems to be a minor design flaw: the gap between the supplied cistern and the base is larger than average due to the lip on the base... as a result, the supplied doughnut seal just wasn't quite enough to do the job (hence 4 stars instead of 5). I purchaed an alternative doughnut and made a minor modification to the suplied toilet flush to ensure it will never leak.
It has had quite a bit of use since installation and it has worked perfectly.
If you are a competant DIYer or a plumber installation will be pretty straightforward despite the instruction leaflets (which are basically glossy diagrams rather than step by step instructions. The good thing is that this toilet came with everything to connect to your water and outflow pipes and no external vent is required.
Plumbworld were excellent in every aspect. Delivery and tracking was fast and efficient. The delivery driver very friendly and helpful.
