Short projection fits great in our cloakroom and certainly adds class to the space. The service we received was very good, the toilet wasnt in stock when ordered but we were kept informed on progress and it came before expected.

Toilet looks sleek and stylish. Good strong flush and I like the rimless design. Only slight issue is that the toilet seat itself seems a bit neat for the pan. Looks fine with the lid closed over, however the rim of the seat does not extend to the sides of the toilet and there is a gap between it and the edge of the pan. Hence the 4/5 rating. Plumbworld itself is a great company and customer services were very helpful.
