Generally, rimless toilets are designed to provide a more efficient and hygienic flush. While they may produce a slightly louder flush compared to traditional rimmed toilets. Water pressure can also affect the noise level of a toilet flush. Higher water pressure: Flushes more forcefully, which can make the water hitting the bowl louder. Lower water pressure: Produces a gentler flush, generally quieter, but may reduce flushing efficiency.
Chose this toilet for our en-suite as it offered close coupling and good seat height in a bathroom where space was a bit limited. It looks great and fits in well. The price was very reasonable and delivery was as problem free.
