Improve a weak hot or cold water supply with the Stuart Turner Monsoon 3.0 bar single impeller universal shower pump. It delivers up to 3 bar of pressure, helping to create a stronger and more consistent flow from taps and showers.
Single Impeller Shower Pump
Unlike twin shower pumps, which boost the hot and cold water supplies together, single impeller shower pumps are designed to boost one supply. This pump can improve either a hot or cold water supply, or pump mixed water from a shower mixer.
It can also be used as part of a paired installation to boost the hot and cold supplies independently.
Universal Head Operation
This model is suitable for both positive and negative head conditions. Positive head systems have enough natural flow to activate a standard pump, while negative head systems require the pump to help initiate the flow.
As part of Stuart Turner’s range of universal head shower pumps (single impeller), this model removes much of the uncertainty from pump selection. It’s designed for use with open-vented, gravity-fed water systems and doesn’t require gravity flow to activate.
Automatic Flow Switch
The pump starts automatically when the water flow exceeds 0.8 litres per minute. This allows it to deliver increased pressure when a compatible tap or shower is turned on, without requiring separate manual controls.
Continuously Rated Motor
Its continuously rated motor allows the pump to operate for extended periods without needing to switch off to cool down. This makes it a dependable choice for busy family bathrooms where showers may be used frequently.
Durable Brass Construction

I bought this as a replacement for an earlier model pump, no longer available. A quick call to Stuart Turner let me know what model to buy. I looked online, you said you were the cheapest, and a look at other suppliers (Including *m*z*n) bore this out. I placed the order, and the pump was delivered as promised two days later. I am not a plumber, but a look at the fitting instructions (downloaded) seemed to indicate it was a reasonably straightforward job. And so it proved. 3 hours after delivery, (including a trip to a local supplier for a length of 22 mm plastic pipe) the pump was installed and running. No leaks! Thanks to you and your carrier DHL (who delivered well within their advised timeframe) for quick and efficient service.

I’ve had two Salamander negative head pumps and been disappointed by both. One kept on jamming, the other was terribly noisy and took ages to respond to demand. I bit the bullet and invested in this Stuart Turner pump. Simply put, it is fantastic. It is very quiet and has a very rapid response. It is indistinguishable from normal 2 bar mains pressure.
It’s beautifully engineered and executed. A proper Rolls Royce of pumps. It was a false economy to buy two Salamander pumps.
I have a 35 year old Stuart Turner in another property and it still works beautifully.
Fit the best. You will not regret it.
