Powerful 4.5 Bar Performance
The Stuart Turner Monsoon 46414 provides a powerful 4.5 bar boost for one suitable water supply. It can be used to increase pressure on a hot or cold feed, or to boost pre-mixed water supplied to a compatible outlet.
This makes it one of the more powerful single impeller shower pumps, suitable for installations where one supply needs a substantial increase in pressure. It doesn’t boost separate hot and cold feeds simultaneously, so check the planned application before ordering.
Universal Positive and Negative Head Operation
This pump is designed for positive and negative head gravity-fed systems. A positive head installation already has enough natural flow to activate a standard pump, while a negative head installation requires the pump to initiate the flow.
As one of the universal head shower pumps (single impeller), the Monsoon offers greater installation flexibility where the available natural flow may be limited. A qualified installer should confirm that your water system and chosen outlet are compatible.
Suitable for a Range of Outlets
The 4.5 bar output can improve the performance of compatible taps, mixed-water outlets, and showers. Its single-ended design makes it particularly useful where only one supply requires boosting.
For installations that need separate hot and cold supplies boosted together, a twin impeller model from the wider range of shower pumps may be more suitable.

I bought this as a replacement for an earlier model pump, no longer available. A quick call to Stuart Turner let me know what model to buy. I looked online, you said you were the cheapest, and a look at other suppliers (Including *m*z*n) bore this out. I placed the order, and the pump was delivered as promised two days later. I am not a plumber, but a look at the fitting instructions (downloaded) seemed to indicate it was a reasonably straightforward job. And so it proved. 3 hours after delivery, (including a trip to a local supplier for a length of 22 mm plastic pipe) the pump was installed and running. No leaks! Thanks to you and your carrier DHL (who delivered well within their advised timeframe) for quick and efficient service.

I’ve had two Salamander negative head pumps and been disappointed by both. One kept on jamming, the other was terribly noisy and took ages to respond to demand. I bit the bullet and invested in this Stuart Turner pump. Simply put, it is fantastic. It is very quiet and has a very rapid response. It is indistinguishable from normal 2 bar mains pressure.
It’s beautifully engineered and executed. A proper Rolls Royce of pumps. It was a false economy to buy two Salamander pumps.
I have a 35 year old Stuart Turner in another property and it still works beautifully.
Fit the best. You will not regret it.
