How do I pick the right panel size for my bathroom walls?

Look at the heights and widths offered, most panels are 2400mm high and widths commonly come in 598mm, 900mm or 1200mm. If you have a standard ceiling height, a 2400mm panel will usually cover wall to ceiling with minimal cutting; wider 1200mm panels cover more area and reduce the number of joints. For a small shower cubicle, a 598mm panel can be ideal, whereas a full bath wall will often work well with 900mm or 1200mm panels to keep joins neat.

Shorter walls often use one profile while longer runs use an alternative profile designed to maintain rigidity and a secure seal. In practice, choosing the correct connection type helps keep larger walls straight and prevents moisture ingress along joins.

How much should I budget for a single wall panel and how does the cost compare to tiling?

Individual panels in our range range roughly at a lower to mid-range price point up to around the current product price, with common sizes like 2400 x 598mm often appearing near the the current product price mark and larger 2400 x 1200mm panels in the the current product price band. Because panels cover large areas quickly they tend to be more time- and cost-efficient than tiling when you factor in labour and grout materials. If you want a marble-look wall, a 2400 x 1200mm Calacatta-style panel can give the same premium look as natural stone at a lower installed cost.
