What's the difference between Low Profile, Deep and Wet Room trays and which should I pick?

Low Profile trays sit around 40 mm high and are discreet, giving a near‑flush look with an easy step‑over; they suit modern bathrooms where floor build‑up allows the waste connection to be close to the tray. Deep profile trays are about 90 mm and hide pipework and traps more easily, so they're good where you cannot chase the floor for piping. How do I decide between a centre or corner waste position?
