Purchased for a customer whose existing shower pipework was embedded in a tiled wall hence needed to match both depth and spacing of pipes, hence purchase of same make. All parts supplied fitted well and were of good quality. Note that no shower hose, head or rail are supplied with this pack - in my application these were not required.

Very happy with this mixer unit. It's very easy to use and amazingly just one control to regulate the water temperature/mix and the water flow!
Had to replace the old Mira Excel EV mixer after 15 years of use as it gradually got gunged up with calcium from the hard water.
Spoke to Plumbworld and they advised that the Mira Element would be a suitable and more reasonably priced replacement than the original mixer. They also gave a discounted price.
Got a plumber to fix and he managed to install after a bit of a struggle. He didn't have to alter any of the pipework.
So all in all a good experience with plumbworld and a great shower mixer!

The mixer shower valve I replaced was the older version of this product ,it was over 25 years old and still working we decided to upgrade the tiles,tray and enclosure,so it made sense to replace the valve, it fitted straight onto e into g pipework, this version is neater but every bit as efficient, it arrived promptly, and competitive on price.
