Can I start and heat my Mira digital shower from my bedroom with a wireless controller?

Yes. Mira's wireless controllers are designed so you can turn the shower on and heat it from another room, the page even points out you can do it from your bedroom. The controller talks to the digital shower unit wirelessly, but the shower itself still needs the correct hot and cold feeds and power supply in the bathroom. you could wake up, turn the shower on from the bedroom and step straight into a pre-warmed shower.

Will these accessories work with my combi (high‑pressure) boiler or do I need a gravity fed system?

Many Mira digital accessories are compatible with high‑pressure/combi systems, the Mira Mode Digital Bath Filler is explicitly marked HP/Combi. In general, digital and smart showers in the range require hot and cold feeds, so they suit combi boilers and other high‑pressure supplies. If you have a gravity system (cold tank and hot cylinder) you should check the specific product's supply type before buying.

What's the practical difference between the Mira Platinum Wireless Remote Controller and the Activate Wireless Remote Control Accessory?

The Mira Platinum Wireless Remote Controller is a branded remote sold as a control for the Platinum digital shower line and is included in our range on its own, while the Activate product is described as a wireless remote control accessory designed to add remote control capability to compatible Mira showers. Both are wireless and in stock, so if you already have a Platinum shower the Platinum controller is the straightforward match; if you have another compatible Mira digital model, the Activate accessory may be the one to add remote control.

Can a wireless controller operate multiple shower functions like a handset, overhead head and body jets?

Yes, the product filters show options for 1, 2 and 3 outlets, and digital systems commonly control multiple functions separately or together. a three‑outlet setup typically lets you run an overhead head, a handset and body jets independently; make sure the controller you choose supports the number of outlets on your specific shower valve.

Will the controller match my bathroom style and finishes?

The Mira accessories in this range lean towards a contemporary look and are mainly offered in chrome finishes, so they sit neatly with chrome taps and showerheads. If your suite is modern and chrome, a Mira wireless controller will blend in; if you have a different finish, check the product colour product information (the filter shows Chrome and Other) to find the best match.
