Keep Extracting After the Light Goes Off
The Manrose XF100T switches on with your bathroom light and continues running after you turn it off, helping clear steam left behind after bathing or showering. The adjustable timer lets you choose how long extraction continues, making it a practical addition to your bathroom accessories.
Ventilation to Suit Your Bathroom
Bathroom extractor fans help remove humid air and odours, reducing the moisture build-up that can contribute to condensation and mould. This model is designed for short duct runs, so it’s a useful choice when comparing bathroom fans - axial (connect to external walls).
Wall and ceiling mounting options give you flexibility when positioning the fan. Choose extractor fans to suit both your room and the planned ducting route.
Bathroom Installation
The fan is suitable for Zone 2 installation when fitted in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable electrical requirements. Always consult a qualified electrician to confirm the correct positioning and installation.
Improve Your Bathroom Ventilation
Add the Manrose XF100T timer controlled 100mm extractor fan to your basket today to help clear lingering steam after every bath or shower.
As always, an excellent quality original item at a good price. Item delivered well-packaged and promptly. I would highly recommend Plumbworld.

I replaced our old fan with exactly the same thing and rediscovered silence in the shower room. Excellent fan, as was the old one for 20 (plus) years, and at a very good price with, speedy, free delivery.
On line there are other retailers offering the same thing for anything up to 500% more, so look at plumbworld every time.
We bought from them in our former Surrey house, same service.
