Excellent product at such a reasonable price. I was concerned it would be "cheap and cheerful". But it is of good quality, a beautiful shape, especially for a small downstairs cloakroom. The soft close applies to the seat and the lid. Delivery was a couple of days later than specified but that is normal with many items at this time. Can definitely recommend the description fits the product.

Installed in our self build against a wall/self arangement with a small hand sink. Under floor heating so unable to drill floor for the fixing arrangement. Instead glued the pedestal to the floor and back conte board and glued wooden blocks to the tiles inside before screwing. Very stable. works a treat, flushes and cleans itself very well.
