Arrived on time and is doing a good job . The old one was always sliding down the tube that holds it.

Exactly as ordered, delivered very quickly and well packaged so arrived safe and sound in perfect t condition.

I ordered a new one after snapping an internal piece of the chrome clamp. It comes apart in two main pieces so was very quick and easy to install. No need to remove the grey plastic sleeve from the pole. 3 min job.

Does exactly what it says on the tin! Significantly more cost effective than the named version, but the same in form, fit and function. Equally as good as the original item replaced. Delivery took a little longer than I had anticipated, but all perfect once it was here. Installed easily within 5 mins and working a treat one month after installation. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Plumbworld again.

I ordered this item four days ago it was delivered as stated within 3 days which was excellent. I’m 80 years old and have been widowed for 2 years not used to doing odd jobs like this as my late husband was an excellent handyman, but I thought I would have an attempt at putting this up as I had been quoted £150 by a tradesman to do this, but I had no problems it was straight forward and now I no longer after 2 years suffering from my shower head sliding out of the holder or slipping into a different position, my shower head is now in a solid safe position easily adjusted thank you.

Needed a genuine Aqualisa part and needed it quickly. Rang round locally and no one had it and most didn't even understand what i was talking about....so headed online and saw a positive review for Plumbworld and low and behold, in stock and at a great price and delivered free and with me within a couple of days. For service & price, this is a keeper as one of my preferred suppliers now....Result !

Having discussed the suitability of this Aqualisa pinch grip for my 15-year old broken one, my purchase arrived quickly as promised. Fitting it, for a man with limited technical ability, was a piece of cake! It looks much smarter and more expensive than what it replaced, and it works a treat. As it was such reasonable price I’m going to buy another one to fit in our en-suite shower.

I was a tad wary of buying this in the net, but I did - and have no regrets! It's high quality, easy to fit and does exactly what it's supposed to do. This is the first time I've had to replace this type of item - and with 2 other Aqualisa showers I'll know exactly where to go if either of the others needs replacing. Service from Plumbworld was excellent - again!

Aqualisa did not offer this as spare part so I had to trawl through the net. I had used plumb world before so when I finally came across the site again, which had slipped my mind,- I was SO relieved to find the part and knew I could trust the supplier. I have now saved the site on my browser..especially as my daughter next door is wanting a new...bathroom!!!!
