Automatic Humidity Control

This module upgrades a compatible iCON fan with automatic moisture detection. Its sensor can be adjusted between 40% and 90% relative humidity, allowing the activation level to be selected for the room and household.

When humidity rises above the chosen setting, the module switches the fan on to extract moist air. This makes it particularly useful in bathrooms, kitchens, and utility rooms where steam and condensation can build up quickly.

Integrated Run-On Timer

Once humidity has fallen, the integrated timer keeps the extractor fan operating for an additional period. This allows ventilation to continue after a shower, bath, or other moisture-producing activity has finished.

By extending extraction beyond the initial humidity spike, the module helps clear lingering moisture that could otherwise settle on walls, ceilings, mirrors, and fixtures.

Plug-In Installation

The module plugs directly into a compatible Airflow iCON fan, allowing its ventilation controls to be upgraded without replacing the complete unit.

As the module is installed within an electrical extractor fan, fitting and adjustment should be completed by a suitably qualified electrician in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
