The Warmup StickyMat Electric Underfloor Heating System combines a thin heating cable with a self-adhesive mesh backing for fast and straightforward installation. Designed primarily for regularly shaped rooms, the mat can be rolled out in parallel runs to provide efficient and evenly distributed floor heating.
Low-profile electric floor heating
The 1.8mm heating cable has a slim, dual-core construction that keeps floor-height increases to a minimum. This makes StickyMat a practical choice for refurbishment projects and rooms where the available floor build-up is limited.
Quick StickyMat installation
The 0.5m-wide mat can be rolled across the floor in parallel runs, making it particularly suitable for square and rectangular areas. The heating cable is already positioned on the mesh, removing the need to space and secure a loose cable manually.
The heating cable must not be cut, shortened, crossed or allowed to overlap. Only the mesh backing may be cut and turned when changing direction.
Self-adhesive mesh backing
A pressure-sensitive adhesive helps keep the mat flat against the prepared subfloor. This reduces movement while applying levelling compound or tile adhesive and helps prevent the installation tools from catching on raised sections.
The adhesive also allows the mat to be carefully repositioned before it is permanently covered.
Compatible with a range of floors
StickyMat can be used beneath various compatible floor finishes and over suitable subfloors. The complete floor construction—including insulation, adhesive, levelling compound and final covering—must be approved for electric underfloor heating.

Designed for regularly shaped rooms
Heating mats are best suited to clear, regularly shaped floor areas where they can be installed in consistent parallel runs. Fixed furniture, sanitaryware and other permanent obstacles must be excluded when calculating the required coverage.
SafetyNet installation guarantee
Warmup’s SafetyNet guarantee provides additional reassurance during fitting. If the heating system is accidentally damaged during installation, a qualifying product can be returned for replacement with another heater of the same make and model.

Professional electrical connection required
The system must be installed, tested and connected in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable electrical regulations. Final electrical work should be completed by a suitably qualified electrician.
Record the cable-resistance readings before, during and after installation, and do not switch the heating on until the covering materials have fully cured.
