Seated Comfort Without Taking Up Floor Space

The Smedbo Living seat provides somewhere to sit while washing, then folds flat against its bracket to leave more space for other users. It’s a practical choice for accessible bathrooms, wet rooms, and shared shower enclosures.

Measuring 371 x 320mm (14.6 x 12.6in), the white polypropylene seat offers a warmer seating surface than metal. Its simple design coordinates easily with other accessible shower accessories.

Durable Frame and Easy Cleaning

The chrome-plated zinc and aluminium frame resists corrosion in wet conditions, while its bright finish complements chrome shower fittings.

Both the frame and seat are straightforward to maintain. Wipe them with a damp cloth and avoid strong cleaners to help preserve the surfaces.

Tested Support for Accessible Showering

Smedbo has tested the seat to EN 12727:2000 for seating strength and durability. Its maximum load is 150kg, with secure installation on a suitable wall essential.

The wall plate, screws, and instructions are supplied. Your installer should confirm that the mounting surface and fixings are appropriate for the installation.

10-Year Warranty

The seat comes with a 10-year warranty, giving you added confidence when comparing shower seats for everyday use.
