If you change your mind about the product when you receive it you can notify us any time within 365 days and return it for a full refund at your own cost. Excellent product. Our Saniflow had become reluctant to pump automatically, even when the toilet bowl was full of water. This brilliant product cleared it out completely and it now works like new. One 5-litre bottle does two applications so we've still got another application left.
Delivery was quick on standard delivery. Will definitely use product and supplier again.

It was suggested that before buying a new saniflow I tried the descaler, so far so good, the smell has gone and everything is working well (fingers crossed!)
