I bought this combination for my bathroom, and I am really pleased with them. The colour is a beautiful deep blue, and the sink and toilet are lovely. The wood is solid, and the units fit together really well, and easily. It is still early days, but the units feel sturdy and expensive. I was unsure what I was going to get but I have been pleasantly surprised, and feel they are well worth the price.
The delivery was well communicated and very timely, which was much sooner than I expected. It arrived in boxes on a large pallet - all of which the kids have loved repurposing. The packaging of the items was very cleverly done (door handles inside the doors, rather than separate or outside risking damage) which I liked and was grateful for.
I was a little perplexed when I read a comment relating to the size of the toilet seat, but I do actually agree - it is quite a small opening, which is brilliant for little ones, but not so brilliant for bigger ones. I will be purchasing a bigger replacement seat shortly.
I have awarded 5 stars for these items but please be mindful that the toilet (panel) unit does not come pre-holed for connection to the soil pipe - we had to purchase an additional 50 tool to make a hole in the unit to do this. The flush buttonhole also needed to be made but we had an existing tool for that (and it makes sense to not have this pre-holed in case you need to have it on a different side). I am unsure if it is in the description and I have not read it properly so this could be down to me not fully checking the details.
Overall, I have been very pleased with plumbworld - the service, communication, and products have been brilliant. We will definitely use them again for other items. Thank you.

The bathroom was simple to build and install and was completed within a day. One of the items had a small mark on it, however we did not contact customer support about this due to every instruction manual stating items will not be exchanged if you have started building, which we had before we noticed the imperfection. The shelf fittings are also made of flimsy cheap plastic and are very poor quality.
The vanity itself is a nice green colour but will be easily marked or chipped and was a little lower than our previous vanity. Due to this and the fact the joins for the units at the top of the vanity make it look cheap we decided to customise it to our preference. We added a thin oak worktop across the top of the vanity and a thin oak upstand. This made the vanity look much more expensive and gave it a softer tone helping it to blend in with our existing tiles which are stone coloured.
Overall, this vanity is average at best. Had we not have customised it, I wouldnt have been overly impressed. It isnt as luxurious or of the high standard the description leads you to believe. If I had seen this in a showroom I probably wouldnt have purchased it but with a few adaptions and a little visualisation it can be improved.

I ordered this with brushed brass as that was the look we were trying to achieve on the detail in our bathroom, I find it strange that the toilet flush and the toilet seat hinges both come in chrome. I had to purchase a separate toilet flush in brushed brass to compliment the other fittings. The toilet seat also has an exceptionally small appature , I, an average size person will not be able to use it so I will also have to purchase another one (which I will get with brushed brass fittings.
I am very pleased with the units themselves though and the seem good quality and true to the photos/description.
