A Modern Shower with Flexible Controls
The Mira Honesty EV combines an angular chrome bar valve with a large handset for a distinctive finish. Unlike mixer showers with a single shared control, it has separate controls for flow and temperature, so you can adjust the strength of the spray without having to reset the temperature each time.
The 110mm handset offers four spray settings, giving you a choice between different showering sensations. Its rub-clean nozzles also make it easier to clear away limescale during regular cleaning.
Steadier Temperature for Everyday Showers
The thermostatic valve responds to changes in the hot and cold water supplies to help maintain the temperature you’ve selected. This is useful in a busy home, where someone opening a tap or flushing a toilet can otherwise affect the shower.
You can also set a maximum temperature limit as an additional precaution. Mira Cool Shield™ technology helps keep the exposed valve body cool to the touch, reducing the chance of touching a hot metal surface while showering.
Good Flow at Lower Pressure
Mira Magni-flo™ technology is designed to improve the flow through the valve, including on suitable low-pressure systems. Mira states that it can deliver up to three times the flow of a standard mixer shower under its comparison conditions. If water pressure is a concern, have your installer check your system against the shower’s requirements before ordering.
Designed for Straightforward Installation
As an exposed valve, or EV, model, the Honesty’s bar valve sits on the finished wall. The included front-of-tile fitting kit has adjustable screw positions to help your installer fit it neatly. The shower also has a 1.25m hose, rub-clean handset nozzles, and replaceable cartridges to make ongoing care more manageable.
Its polished chrome finish works well with other chrome bathroom fittings, particularly if you’re choosing taps from the Mira Honesty range.
