Precise Thermostatic Control
Thermostatic technology automatically compensates for changes in water pressure and temperature, helping maintain a stable and comfortable shower. Separate temperature and flow controls make it easy to fine-tune both settings independently.
A maximum temperature stop helps prevent an excessively hot setting from being selected, while automatic shutdown provides additional protection if either water supply fails.
Impressive Low-Pressure Performance
The Mira Excel delivers a flow rate of 5.2 litres per minute at just 0.1 bar, providing effective performance even with suitable low-pressure systems.
Large filters protect the valve against debris and are designed to maintain effective shower performance even when up to 50% blocked.

It is so easy to use and the temperature control has an override should the settings allow for a higher temperature. I would highly recommend this unit and our previous unit would have a cold 'spell' whilst showering whereas this unit has remained at a constant 'hot' temperature. No complaints and highly recommended.

I bought 2 of these to replace mixers which were thermostatic but gave you no control over the water flow (bought these because I was misled by the supplier). Before I bought the Mira Excel, I checked with my plumber and he described it as the Rolls Royce of shower valves. He was right and the family are very happy with these mixers. I bought from Plumbworld as they were the only supplier I could find that sold the valve separately (usually comes as a kit including shower head etc.). Delivery was fast and excellent - delivered by UK Mail on 2nd January which is a holiday in Scotland.
