What is Idealform acrylic?
All Idealform baths are made from high-quality reinforced cellcast acrylic that's comfortable and warm to the touch and holds heat extremely well. The acrylic is heated up, vacuum-formed into the bath shape, and then reinforced with Glass Reinforced Polymer (GRP). A sturdy 15mm base board is added and covered with extra GRP. After that, the bath is cured, trimmed, and drilled for tap holes or bath grips if needed.
