Green Bath Panels

Measure the length and the width of your bath in millimetres. If your bath is 1700mm long you'll need a 1700mm side panel; typical end panel widths in our range are 700mm, 750mm and 800mm to match common bath ends. Also check the panel height, the range shown is roughly 480–599mm, and pick the height that lines up with your bath apron for a neat finish. a 1700 x 700mm bath normally takes a 1700mm side panel plus a 700mm end panel of the same height.

A side panel covers the long outer edge of a built-in bath, an end panel covers one short end, and a side & end panel pack gives you both panels matched in colour and profile. Buy an end panel only if you're replacing a damaged end; choose the pack when you're refurbishing the whole bath or want a guaranteed colour and finish match. Park Lane and Hudson Reed both offer single panels and packs, so pick the option that fits whether you're refreshing one face or refitting the whole bath.

These panels are made from MDF with a water‑resistant coating, so they tolerate the moist bathroom environment well but are not intended to be submerged. Wipe splashes away with a damp cloth, avoid prolonged standing water against the edge, and ensure the room has normal ventilation to protect the MDF core. The matt finish is forgiving with fingerprints and marks, so routine wiping keeps them looking fresh.

Matt green offers a soft, contemporary look that pairs beautifully with stone tiles and chrome fittings, while dark green reads richer and suits traditional or vintage schemes with timber or brass accents. If you want a calming, natural feel, combine matt green panels with oak accessories and a stone basin; for a heritage look, opt for dark green panels with brass taps and classic mouldings. Both finishes are available in traditional panel profiles for different stylistic needs.

You can mix brands, but finishes and profile details may vary between Hudson Reed and Park Lane, so an exact colour or moulding match isn't guaranteed. For the closest match buy side and end panels from the same brand and finish, Hudson Reed matt green side and end panels, or choose a matched pack such as the Park Lane 1700/700mm pack. If you must mix, view samples or compare the specific finish names (matt, dark) to reduce noticeable differences.
