Personal Hygiene with More Independence
The AquaClean Mera Care uses fresh water to wash intimate areas, followed by an adjustable air dryer. Users can change the spray arm position and intensity to suit their preferences, then choose from five dryer temperatures. These controls can make everyday hygiene more manageable for people who need extra support in the bathroom.
Sensors allow the washing and drying functions to be operated while seated. The remote control also provides access to the settings and includes a flush button.
Designed for Easier Cleaning
The rimless ceramic pan has no traditional rim for dirt and limescale to collect beneath, making routine cleaning simpler. WhirlSpray technology uses an aerated water spray for targeted personal cleansing, while the built-in odour extraction system uses a honeycomb filter to help keep the bathroom fresh.
The adjustable frame offers an installation height of 425mm to 560mm. If you’re comparing toilets or back to wall toilet units for a care setting, check the installation layout and required user height before choosing your model.
Choose a Toilet That Supports Everyday Care
Add the Geberit AquaClean Mera Care to your basket for adjustable fresh-water washing, drying, and a toilet designed with independent use in mind.

Geberit AquaClean Mera Care Floor Standing Rimless Toilet Alpine White & Soft Close Seat - 23864 – Vanity Unit Specifications
This is a floor-standing, close-coupled toilet that features a horizontal waste outlet, meaning it's designed to connect to a standard floor waste pipe, not a vertical or bottom-draining system. So it is indeed suitable for floor draining via a horizontal outlet.
I had my first wash dry toilet about 15 years ago called a closomat and I can't say what a huge upgrade in personal care this has been for me moving to a geberit toilet.
It's like changing from a lada to a Bentley!
The regional manager for geberit even didn't follow up visit for me and talked me through everything, lovely guy from the midlands...
Can't promote this toilet enough, I tell everyone about it!
