Add comfortable seated support without permanently occupying shower space with the Fitzroy of London STYLE folding shower seat. Its compact padded surface folds against the wall after use, while a stainless-steel mounting plate provides a strong, corrosion-resistant base.

Compact padded design

The black polyurethane seat provides a softer and more comfortable surface than an unpadded shower seat. Its compact square shape makes practical use of space in smaller enclosures and accessible shower areas.

Folds against the wall

The seat folds upwards when not in use, leaving more room for standing shower users and helping keep shared shower spaces clear.

Stainless-steel mounting plate

A polished stainless-steel plate secures the seat mechanism to the wall. Stainless steel provides strength and good resistance to corrosion in a wet bathroom environment.

165kg maximum rated load

The seat has a maximum rated load of 165kg when correctly installed on a suitable solid wall using appropriate fixings. This limit must not be exceeded.

The wall, mounting hardware and installation method must all be capable of supporting the seat and its expected load.

Installation requirements

Choose fixings specifically suited to the wall construction; general-purpose screws and plugs may not provide adequate support. Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Check that the seat is level, operates freely and remains completely secure before use. Inspect the mounting points periodically for movement or deterioration.
