I only have one cold water feed and no hot water feed, would this toilet be a suitable option? Many thanks
The tap supplied is intended to be a mixer tap for hot and cold but if you don't connect the hot pipe then the tap can be used for cold water only , however it will have the H and C on the handle.
Product is what I expected. Looks good & ideal for the restricted space I have.
Unfortuntley on fitting it was identified that the pan was leaking (possibly a fault with the porcelain). I contacted Plumbworld and spoke to Donna. She was very apologetic and arranged a replacement. Her manner was very professional and polite. Very efficient response. Thanks

This works really well in my small cloakroom. There was an issue with ceramic blobs in the bottom of the cistern but customer service was fantastic and replacement sent out within a day. Works well with a macerator . Fully recommend item and Plumbworld

Just got it installed the product seems to be a good quality item. my only complaint the water pipes that go inside the cistern could do with being 2 or 3 inches longer as it was a bit tight for accessing the cistern to get the float level right , but overall very happy with the item...

Perfect for the amount of spaces. Only downside is the toilet seat is very cheap and flimsy, had already broken and had only been installed a week. Certainly doesnt match the high quality of the rest of the product

I cannot give this product more than 2 stars. I was pleased to receive the item well packed and supplied with long tap hoses, as that has been a criticism in other reviews. It is still tricky to install but my plumber made an excellent job of it. That evening there was a puddle on the floor at the bottom of the pan. None of the plumbing work was a problem and it turned out to be a fault in the glaze or porcelain somewhere in the u-bend. This has been highlighted in another review. Plumbworld supplied another pan within a couple of days and I soak tested it to make sure it didnt leak! When the plumber came to fit the new pan at my expense of course the casting of the pan proved to differ from the original so much that packing had to be used at various places to make it all fit.
The constraints of the room and the existing soil pipe made this the most suitable choice. Quality control is obviously a problem with this manufacturer and I suppose you get what you pay for. This is a good design for a small cloakroom, but the quality of the end product is poor. My advice? Spend a bit more on a quality product.
