This bath has an 18mm thick construction grade, fully encapsulated baseboard. The purpose of the baseboard is to add strength and rigidity to the base of the bath. In premium quality baths the baseboard is fully encapsulated in glass reinforced plastic. This is more expensive to manufacture but provides maximum strength and stability.

This panel is made using a thermally strengthened glass which is not only stronger than standard glass but safer too. It's lighter than 6mm glass which makes it both cheaper to buy and easier to fit.

Securely fixing this bath screen to your wall is the gorgeously finished, polished chrome wall profile. They’re made from aluminium for longevity and weight reduction meaning they won’t just look great but they’ll be easy to fit too.
180 Degree Pivot
This bath screen is able to pivot 90 degrees each way, giving you more flexibility and space when getting in and out of your bath. The pivot enables you to easily move your screen in and out of the way when in or out of use. The ability to move your screen also allows for easier cleaning of both the screen and your bath edge.

This product has been CE marked to ensure full compliance with BS EN 14428. This means that not only is it suitable for the UK market but it's been rigorously tested for safety.
The bath is of good quality and looks great. Still waiting for the tiler to complete tiling the walls but we are very pleased with the bath. I am concerned that the bath panel is very light a flimsy but it still has to be fitted and once in place it might become more ridged. This cannot be done until the tiling is finish. The clips to fit the bath panel were missing but the customer service team are on the case arranging for the supplier to send replacements. The design of the bath is very neat and the curved end makes it blend well into the room.

The bath arrived with a cracked panel so refused delivery, and Plumbworld were quick to resolve and send a replacement. I wanted a freestanding bath but could not have one as needed to accommodate a shower so this was the next best thing. Although I purchased this particular one because it looked to have slanting sides and indeed the plumber agreed as per measurements provided. However the plumber could not install it to look like that but still happy with outcome.

10/10 for the bath itself and appearance.
Bath panel did turn up cracked but they delivered a new one the next day.
Only issue is the bath screen, the sweep is pushed as far as it will go yet water leaks through the gap between screen and screen holder. The contractor has sealed the outside further to stop it but has said he can’t do anything further as it’s the design.
I will have to buy a new sweep & see if that will help stop the leak
