This is a firm, solid toilet seat with a high gloss finish. It sits well on a traditional style oval toilet bowl. It was very easy to fix and one placed, it does not move around. We knew when purchasing that it was not soft close, and that suited our needs.
We are very pleased with this product at its budget price point.
