This toilet seat has a traditional style bottom fixing, which means you fit your bolts down into your pan from the top and then tighten them from underneath. Bottom fix seats are NOT suitable for use with wall hung or back to wall toilets.

I bought this seat to replace an almost identical one that had started to show its age, becoming stained & to me unhygenic. Plumbworld were really good pricewise & on delivery, saying order by a certain time to guarantee a next day delivery......we'll, I couldn't beat that, so I ordered this seat.! On arrival, I read the installation instructions & it was fitted within 5 mins. Very easy to fit, looks good, very well made & its very easy to keep clean ! So for me, it does the job for which it was made & I'm pleased with buying it ..........money well spent !
