What is a close coupled toilet?
A close coupled toilet is a style where the toilet pan and cistern are closely connected to form a single unit. Unlike other toilets, the cistern sits against, but is not mounted to, the wall.
What is a rimless toilet?
Rimless toilets use direct flush techniques that shoot water around the basin of the toilet rather than using traditional methods. Consequently, no spots are missed, making for a cleaner and more hygienic toilet. Unlike a traditional toilet that has spaces for bacteria to build up, a rimless toilet has no room for bacteria or limescale.

The description makes no mention of whether it is dual flush or not nor how many litres are discharged in each flush.
It is a dual flush, which can discharge 3 or 6 litres.

The stock status of this product will be displayed on the website, however, the next shortest projection toilet we offer would be product code SAN915CRWC (Ceramica Arles Close Coupled Comfort Height Rimless Toilet & Soft Close Seat) at which has a total projection of 605mm
On taking receipt of this item I noted some scratches on the porcelain.
I made contact by email and was efficiently redirected to the online return process. Within minutes my replacement pan was ordered and on its way to me without quibble.
The compact dimensions of the product are exactly what we wanted for our new and small en-suite.

Was ordered as a replacement. The old toilet was 66cm projection in a very small bathroom so I ordered this dye to its size. The delivery was prompt, even up to Scotland, and the package wrapped exceptionally well. My only reason for 4 stars is I feel the toilet seat is rather cheap plastic. The previous toilet was expensive and the seat broke in less that 3 months, so I'm hoping this one lasts better.
