The Bristan Tangram Thermostatic Dual Head Concealed Mixer Shower Chrome is a complete shower in one box: the valve, a drench head on a wall arm, a handset on an adjustable riser rail, and a wall outlet. The thermostatic valve sits in the wall behind an oval faceplate, leaving two handles on the surface. One sets the flow and picks the outlet; the other sets the temperature.

The drench head is 200mm square on a 330mm arm, and the riser rail is 700mm long. The valve needs a wall cavity between 60mm and 75mm deep, and the inlets are 15mm compression at 150mm centres.

Thermostatic Control

The cartridge holds the blend that is set and shuts the shower down if the cold supply fails. It arrives pre-set to 42°C and the maximum adjusts at the handle.

Two Outlets

The diverter is built into the flow handle. One control starts the shower and picks the drench head or the handset.

Drench Head and Handset

At 1 bar the fixed head delivers 5.9 litres a minute and the handset 5.5 litres a minute. Both carry rub clean nozzles.

Easyfit Installation

An adjustable faceplate covers total wall depths from 60mm to 75mm. The concealing plate has 15mm of adjustment for a flush finish against the tile, and the cartridge is reached from the face of the wall.

Pressure Range

This thermostatic mixer shower runs from 0.2 bar to 5 bar dynamic and is rated to 10 bar static, so it suits gravity, combination and mains systems. A check valve is built in. Isolating valves are not supplied.

Chrome Finish

The chrome finish is salt spray tested and scratch resistant. It keeps its shine in a bathroom used every day. Bristan Thermostatic Mixer Showers give you a drenching shower at a temperature you can trust, so shop yours at Plumbworld today.
