Maximum temperature override

With this Bristan mixer shower the temperature is set to 38°C to avoid any vulnerable users getting scalded. However, should you prefer a hotter shower there is a cleverly fitted override button that can be used to increase the temperature to a maximum of 43°C. It must be pressed down whilst turned to stop it being used accidentally, keeping all users completely safe.

To make your shower even safer, the thermostatic cartridge includes a temperature stop to prevent an unsafe temperature from being selected. The stop is preset at 38°C but can be adjusted up to a maximum of 43°C.

This shower is supplied with Bristan's award-winning Wallmount 12 fixing kit, ideal for new bathrooms and bathroom renovations. The kit sits in front of your tiles, making it easier to install, replace and maintain your bar shower.
