Bristan Altum Basin Pillar Taps combine a simple, versatile design with the reliable performance you'd expect from Bristan. Their clean lines and understated paddle handles make them an easy addition to both contemporary and more traditional bathrooms, while separate hot and cold controls keep operation straightforward.

Designed for two-hole basins, these basin pillar taps are a practical choice whether you're replacing an existing pair or completing a new bathroom. They're also available in a choice of finishes, making it easy to coordinate your bathroom taps with the rest of your brassware.

Save Water Without Sacrificing Performance

A built-in 5L/min flow regulator helps reduce the amount of water used each time you turn on the tap while maintaining comfortable everyday performance. It's a simple feature that can make these basin taps a more water-conscious choice for busy bathrooms.

Smooth Quarter-Turn Operation

Each tap uses a long-life ceramic disc valve with simple quarter-turn operation. Unlike traditional rubber washers, ceramic discs are designed to provide smooth, reliable control while helping reduce the risk of dripping as the taps age.

Secure, Straightforward Installation

Bristan has fitted the Altum pillar taps with robust metal fixing nuts, helping keep them securely attached to your basin after installation. They feature standard 1/2" BSP inlet connections and are suitable for all plumbing systems, with a minimum dynamic pressure requirement of 0.5 bar.

Durable Brass Construction

Made primarily from brass, the Altum range is designed to cope with the demands of everyday bathroom use. The simple paddle handles are easy to operate, while the understated styling means these taps won't quickly look dated if you change the rest of your bathroom décor.

WRAS Approved

These taps are WRAS approved, providing additional reassurance that they've been independently assessed for compliance with the relevant UK water fittings regulations.
