Please note: this bottom-fix seat requires access beneath the pan’s fixing holes and is not suitable for wall-hung or back-to-wall toilets. Check your pan’s shape and dimensions before ordering.

Whisper Grey With a Solid Wood Feel

The Bemis Chicago combines a round shape with a soft whisper grey finish, giving your toilet a subtle update without changing the whole bathroom. Both the seat and lid are made from moulded wood, providing a solid, sturdy feel for everyday use.

The neutral grey colour coordinates easily with other bathroom accessories and creates an attractive contrast against a white toilet pan.

Ultra-Fix for a Secure Seat

The Ultra-Fix fastening system is designed to help prevent the seat working loose during use, keeping it stable on the pan. It’s a practical feature for busy households where toilet seats are used frequently throughout the day.

Adjustable plastic hinges let you position the seat to achieve a suitable fit, helping align it neatly with the bowl.

Traditional Bottom-Fix Installation

The fixing bolts pass through the pan from above and are tightened underneath. You’ll need access to the underside of the fixing holes to install the seat correctly.

The seat fittings are included, so there’s no need to purchase a separate fixing kit. When comparing Bemis toilet seats, check the dimensions and fixing arrangement against your toilet to ensure compatibility.

Responsibly Sourced Materials

The moulded wood is responsibly sourced, reflecting Bemis’s efforts to improve the materials and manufacturing processes used in its products. The seat also comes with a 2-year warranty for added confidence in your purchase.
