I am incredibly impressed by plumbworld service. The design of the sink matched my kitchen drawers perfectly. From the moment of purchase until delivery has been immaculate. I managed to get my product within 2 working days which was perfectly aligned with the work I was doing in my bathroom! Unfortunately, upon delivery the back board had snapped BUT plumbworld really redeemed themselves with their amazing customer service . I was able to call them up and tell them what had happened and they immediately re-ordered the same product on the spot and a brand new one was delivered to me within the next 2 days at no extra cost! I can’t believe how good this vanity unit & basin looks. It’s so modern and really good quality. I was lucky to catch it when it was discounted so paid £149.99 which is such a good price for a decenct sized vanity unit.
