This coordinated Affine Amelie bathroom suite combines space-conscious sanitaryware with a compact Luxura pivot enclosure and Podium anti-slip shower tray. Crisp white ceramics, polished aluminium framing and chrome-effect details create a clean contemporary appearance.
550mm Ceramic Basin
The basin includes one tap hole for a monobloc mixer. Its 550mm width provides practical washing space without occupying excessive room.
Full Pedestal
The floor-standing pedestal conceals the waste and supply pipework while contributing to a neat, traditional installation. The basin must still be securely wall-fixed as instructed.
Modern Amelie Design
The basin and toilet pair defined square shapes with gently curved edges. Their coordinated white finish works with a wide range of tiles, furniture and bathroom brassware.
Durable Vitreous China
The toilet is manufactured from vitreous china with a smooth, non-porous glaze. The hard-wearing finish resists staining and is easy to clean.
Water-Saving Dual Flush
The cistern includes a top-mounted push button with two flush volumes:
3-litre reduced flush
6-litre full flush
Water inlets on both sides of the cistern provide additional flexibility during installation.
Soft-Close Toilet Seat
The thermoset wraparound seat lowers gently instead of dropping onto the pan. This reduces noise and helps protect both the seat and ceramic surface.
760 x 760mm Pivot Enclosure
The square enclosure includes a pivot door and matching side panel. Its smooth opening action provides generous access without relying on sliding rollers.
6mm Toughened Safety Glass
The enclosure uses 6mm thermally toughened glass for strength and safety. At 1850mm high, it also provides effective splash containment and a substantial appearance.
Reversible Door
The pivot door can be configured to open from either side, helping the enclosure work around the toilet, basin and other bathroom fittings.
Magnetic Closure
A magnetic strip holds the door securely against the frame and helps contain shower spray when the enclosure is correctly installed and sealed.
Polished Frame and Handle
Lightweight aluminium profiles provide a corrosion-resistant enclosure frame. A straight stainless-steel handle completes the contemporary design.
Podium Anti-Slip Tray
The shower tray incorporates a permanent textured surface rather than a temporary sprayed-on coating. It achieved a score of 71 in the BS 7976-2 pendulum slip test, where 35 is the threshold stated for the highest anti-slip classification.
Regular cleaning remains important because soap and product residue can reduce grip on any shower surface.
Lightweight Reinforced Construction
Mineral torsion beams reinforce the tray while keeping it approximately 65% lighter than an equivalent stone-resin model, according to the manufacturer.
Cut-to-Fit Design
The tray can be trimmed to accommodate awkward walls or nearby pipework. Cutting must remain within the permitted areas and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Standards and Materials
The enclosure is tested to BS EN 14428. The waste is manufactured to the stated BS EN 1329-1 and BS EN 1451-1 standards.
The tray is made in England using WRAS-approved, phthalate-free materials.
