Ghost Air Movement Technology

Xpelair’s Ghost Air Movement Technology combines a long-lasting motor with precision-engineered components to reduce mechanical noise. This provides effective extraction without creating unnecessary disruption in the room.

Adjustable timer control

The fan can be connected to the room’s lighting circuit, allowing it to start with the light switch. Once the light is switched off, the fan continues operating for the selected period to remove remaining moisture and odours. The timer can be adjusted from 30 seconds to 30 minutes during installation.

Two selectable speeds

The operating speed is selected during installation, providing an extraction rate of either 60 or 69 litres per second. This is equivalent to 216 or 248m³/h, allowing the performance to be matched to the room and installation requirements.

Quick and accurate fitting

The So Simple quick-fit clamp helps secure the fan to panels and ceilings. Larger cable openings make wiring more accessible, while three adjustable radial fixing points help maintain the correct alignment during installation.

IPX4 and Zone 1 rated

The IPX4 rating means the fan is protected against water splashes from any direction. It is suitable for Zone 1 bathroom installations when positioned and fitted in accordance with the applicable wiring requirements.
