Over the years we have had a selection of extractor fans with back draught shutters which work at first but not for long. Also when it was windy they were always clattering.
The bathroom was chilly even with the heating on.
Saw this extractor in an Airbnb and was blown away.
It takes a little time for the Iris to open at the start and similarly a while for it to close at the end.
When not in use it is draught free and silent.
