Adjustable Timer for Continued Ventilation

The integral timer allows the fan to continue extracting after the operating switch has been turned off. When connected to the bathroom light switch, this means ventilation can continue after you’ve switched off the light and left the room.

Your installer can set the overrun between 30 seconds and 30 minutes to suit the room’s ventilation needs. The fan can also be operated using a suitable separate switch or remote sensor.

Low-Noise Air Extraction

Xpelair’s Ghost Air Movement Technology uses precision-engineered components and a low-noise motor to reduce sound from both the motor and moving air. The supplied specification lists a sound level of 34dB, helping make ventilation less intrusive during everyday use.

With extraction rates of 54 or 76m³/h, the fan offers two performance settings. Its axial design moves air through the fan along the direction of the motor shaft.

Ceiling Installation Kit Included

The supplied kit includes 3 metres of flexible ducting to carry extracted air outside and a white external grille to finish the outlet. This provides the main ducting components for the intended ceiling installation.
